Nestling close to Dartmoor National Park this is a great spot for enjoying walking cycling and horse riding. The charming South Devon stannery town of Ashburton can also be found close by and offers an excellent range of local shops and facilities. Take a drive towards the coast and discover the pretty South Hams an area of exceptional beauty and contrast with fabulous beaches river estuaries rolling hills and thatched cottages surrounding the lovely old towns of Dartmouth Totnes Kingsbridge Salcombe Modbury and Ivybridge. Other attractions nearby including the English Riviera Kent Caverns Paignton Zoo and Plymouth Marine Aquarium. The accommodation offers ONE pretty double bedroom. Shower room: wet-room style with electric shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely light open-plan living space with TV/DVD sofa bed (that can be used to sleep one additional person) and patio doors to garden.
