It has been converted to a high standard from a Victorian sea captain s residence retaining many original features and yet with all modern amenities making it a superb holiday retreat. Ilfracombe makes a perfect holiday base with its charming harbour lazy pavement cafes and a wide selection of places to eat as well as the harbour side restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. Just 10 minutes by car are the golden sands of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king size with feature four-poster bed and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 double bedroom. Bathroom: family size with bath mixer shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious with harbour and sea views. Lounge with TV DVD freesat and hi-fi. Kitchen with electric hob and oven microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: off the spacious landing with washing machine tumble dryer and sink. Amenities: private parking beside the apartment building for 1 vehicle.
