Adjoining the main farmhouse d ating back to the 14 th century and with many original features including some rare bee holes in the garden wall (no longer in use!) it provides a real taste of Devon life. It is also c onveniently located near to the Cornwall border and offers a great base from which to explore both counties. Perfectly positioned for exploring both coasts from the laid-back north coast offering a wide range of sandy beaches including ever popular Bude (which is 20 minutes by car) hidden coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Clovelly and Boscastle to the popular English Riviera on the south including the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Other attractions within easy reach include Plymouth with its aquarium and Hoe also the stunning cathedral city of Exeter The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Dartmoor Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy windsurfing and sailing on a choice of nearby lakes. Farm activities: by arrangement with the owners guests can see the animals and watch the milking. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and bunk bed 1 further double and 1 twin all located on the split level first floor. Lounge/diner: lovely character room with feature inglenook fireplace with woodburner effect electric fire TV/DVD and feature original wall panelling dating back to the 14 th century.
