With private riverside walks and conservation areas (with bird hide) a variety of wildlife may be seen. Many sandy beaches and attractions are close by. Originally part of a 19th century shipyard and adjacent to the entrance of Lord Rolle s Canal being lovingly restored by the owners this property has exposed beams/timbers throughout. The 3 large glazed front doors provide wonderful views across the Torridge Valley. The ground floor is tiled the loft floor and stairs are varnished timber. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area with TV Freeview DVD video and hi-fi a well-equipped kitchen with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and solid fuel Rayburn. Outside: enclosed garden with BBQ picnic benches and camp fire meadow area beyond. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included.
