The property has a unique and individual character with many interesting original features intact. Set slightly back from the river bank a short walk leads to a famous 13th Century Cistercian monastery now mostly in ruins. There is magnificent woodland scenery with well-marked footpaths and many opportunities to view the famous Tay bridges. St Andrews (20 minutes away) is a charming and historical town known worldwide as The Home of Golf and also boasting Scotland s oldest university. The medieval town centre has cobbled streets and narrow alleys with shops restaurants cafes and bars. There are many visitor attractions including the Botanic Gardens and British Golf Museum. Outside: slipway facilities and moorings available at the front of the property. Amenities: ample parking available. Bed linen towels electric central heating Wi-Fi and oil for Aga included.
