The Wherrymans Way, the long distance path which runs from Norwich to Great Yarmouth, The Suffolk Heritage Coast at Southwold and Lowestoft's blue flag sandy beach are easily accessible as is the historic cathedral city of Norwich. The property retains some of the character and original beams of the traditional farm barns from which it has been converted.
