Externally the property has a short stroll from the fabulous Artspa facilities with indoor and outdoor pools as well as gym and spa facilities. This property really does have everything.... ACCOMMODATION (With wireless broadband & WiFi)Entrance through to hallway leading to open plan living space.Kitchen, fully equipped, is a superbly spacious and stylish space, with granite worktops clean-lined fitted units and a hardwood floor. There is a five ring gas hob and oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and separate built-in fridge and freezer, along with a small breakfast bar with two stools.Living/Dining area is a soft and understated area with two large sofas, glass coffee table, a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and music centre. There is a contemporary wood burner. Full length sliding doors open onto decking - equipped with a table for eight - which overlooks Clearwater Lake, accessed directly via a grassed area. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. Full weeks in school holidays except at short notice. No Smokers. One small pet accepted. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice. Unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!
