Great Alder House is an 18th century, stone-built cottage, part of a Grade II listed property, set one mile from the village of Llangynhafal and 2.7 miles from Ruthin. This cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms, consisting of a second floor family room, a second floor double, a double room with an en-suite shower room, and a king-size double with single day bed, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a front lawned garden with furniture and barbecue.
