The cottage also has a bathroom with corner bath, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a siting room with electric fire, a large landing with seating and a snug with children's bean bags and a double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and a paddock for ball games.
