The cottage has three bedrooms comprising one king size double, one twin and a single with a pull out bed, which with the addition of a sofa bed makes the cottage suitable for up to eight people. There are two family bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room/snug with an open fire and the sofabed and a sitting room also with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed front garden and a spacious rear garden with a terrace, furniture and a BBQ. Being so well situated between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, Orchard Holme is a superb family cottage all year round.
