The Cottage is a detached flint and brick cottage in the village of East Ruston, 10 miles from Wroxham. The cottage has two doubles, a twin room with additional pull out stacker bed, and a ground floor bathroom. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a snug and a conservatory. Outside is an enclosed garden with summerhouse, and a gate leads to the bridge over the small stream and onto Weavers Way, a footpath running through the village.
