The village of Theberton is just over two and a half miles from the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, which is a delight for bird watchers. It provides easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with Dunwich and Southwold to the North and Aldeburgh to the South. The village has an interesting church and a traditional pub serving good food and a selection of real ales. Theberton Hall Farm is a wonderful, spacious property set in four acres of land and in a peaceful countryside setting. The comfortable, well-equipped accommodation is arranged over two floors and has the benefit of an outdoor heated swimming pool and a garden which is set in an acre of land and is secure for dogs.
