The perfect base to relax and enjoy yourself yet close to the wealth of attractions that Somerset has to offer including Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole Clarks Village and the excellent sandy beaches of Burnham and Brean. Situated in the centre of the Somerset Levels you will have a vast choice of walks and cycle routes. Amenities: both properties have ample off-road parking. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a private lawned garden with furniture. The beach is a few minutes' walk from Sunnyvale, and other Cornish attractions such as the city of Truro, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castle are all easily reached.

More recently it was the home to Simon Bull, a well known Cumbrian artist and Lilac Studio was where he did his painting.
