North Devon s picturesque villages and bustling markets are within easy reach and Ilfracombe s harbour shops bars and restaurants are a short drive away. Alternatively guests can relax on the farm and enjoy roaming the 20 acres or interact with the animals on site. Leisure facilities: guests are welcome to visit the on-site library that is stocked with books children s videos and toys or visit the children s outside play area. Craft sessions are available at an additional charge for ages 13 upwards including stained glass glass painting bottle craft and much more. For younger children of all ages craft sessions can be tailored to your needs (one free craft session for all bookings between end October and beginning May). Farm activities: meet and interact with a variety of animals many of which are rescue animals including horses donkeys alpacas pigs llama rabbits guinea pigs chickens and ducks. It will be hard to tear yourself away from the windows of this charming cottage with outstanding views over the coastline and out to sea as far as Hartland Point. Homestead is just a short stroll to a choice of pubs, the delicatessen, post office and village shop where you can pick up fresh croissants for breakfast! The cottage retains all the charm and character of its age echoed in some exposed stone walls and some uneven floors. A spacious comfortably furnished living room features a stone fireplace with gas fire. The separate dining room is ideal for family meals while enjoying fine views.
