You can hire bicycles and cycle traffic free on the disused railway track the Tarka Trail and stop for a drink or bite to eat at one of the many watering holes on route. The property is 3 miles from the Atlantic Highway giving access to popular attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Dartington Crystal. The popular market towns of Bideford and Torrington with their famous pannier markets are also close by offering good pubs shops and restaurants. The villages of Monkleigh Buckland Brewer and Littleham are a short drive away and all offer good village pubs. Farm activities: by arrangement guests are welcome to enjoy and play on the farm after a guided tour by the farmer and even help feed the calves and watch the cows being milked.
