Nearby are many Cotwolds attractions including the Cotswolds Wildlife Park and Cotswold Farm Park. The reknowned Daylesford Organic Store is a few miles away. The centres of Stratford, Cheltenham and Oxford are approximately 30 mins away and London is easily accessible by train from nearby Kingham which is about 2 miles 'up the road'! Accommodation overview: Tithe Barn, Lyneham is a very large and spacious barn conversion that is a great choice for a family country holiday. Set on a working farm within a small Cotswolds hamlet, the barn has nearby access to the rolling countryside of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. The open plan living that the owners have created make it a real treat and clearly ideal for entertaining. Accommodation overview: The Coach House is a classic Cotswold property in so many ways. A converted barn (formerly the Coach House to the Vicarage as you'd expect!) it contains many attractive features that give it that traditional and welcoming feel. The huge, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cream washed walls, oak flooring and open fire set the scene perfectly, with the idyllic view towards the village church simply gorgeous. The barn is set in the grounds of one of the finest houses in this village, and within one of the most 'sort-after' Cotswolds villages - Swinbrook. Within walking distance is the popular and highly regarded pub - The Swan. There are many walks from your front door, including one along the Windrush Valley to Burford. This is excellent location and excellent cottage ideal for two or even four with the extra beds available. Accommodation overview: Hillside Cottage is a charming character cottage, situated in an absolutely beautiful Cotswolds village, about 3 miles from the popular market town of Chipping Norton. The cottage, which is built in traditional stone, enjoys an elevated and very peaceful position overlooking rolling countryside with nothing but trees, village roof tops and fields in the distance! The village has a weekend farm shop which sells good quality local produce. The cottage is totally detached down a quiet track with off-street parking and a wonderful private garden. Inside, the cottage really is a haven of olde England, boasting antique furniture, period beams, an open fire in the sitting room with many books and an ever popular AGA. In our opinion this cottage offers good value for money in a truly idyllic spot!Get local, organic food delivered to your door including vegetables, eggs, ice cream, yoghurt, home made bread and cakes and ready prepared home made meals! Detached from the main village in a peaceful and secluded valley surrounded by oak trees, Little Barn is a popular holiday cottage which has been converted to a high specification. Exposed beams and solid pine doors and furniture, with flagstone floors downstairs and fitted carpets upstairs create a rich, cosy property with a welcoming ambience. From the cottage, there is a large secure courtyard facing south with large pots of flowers and garden furniture. Ascott is a small peaceful hamlet about half a mile beyond Whichford.
