Accommodation overview: A lovely cottage in a tranquil setting surrounded by three acres of natural woodland. Lee Copse nestles quietly in the grounds of the owner's own home which include three acres of wonderful natural woodland, carpeted during the changing seasons with primroses, violets and bluebells, where guests are welcome to roam and enjoy the wildlife. Being on the hillside, Lee Copse is approached by a fairly steep driveway and path, but there is plenty of turning and parking space on site. Accommodation is arranged all on one level with an open plan living room and together with the wood-burning stove makes a cosy retreat. The two bedrooms are served by a bathroom. The cottage has its own spring water supply, regularly tested. This is a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings of the changing seasons, making a perfect hideaway for you and your pets. Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan Living room with kitchen and dining areas, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo and wood burner. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a tumble dryer is available in the garage. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. The Plough is a lovely, upside down cottage which makes the most of the wonderful countryside views. This cottage is one of five converted farm buildings set in over three acres of exquisite gardens and woodlands and is only a few minutes walk from the village of Berrynarbor.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms - one double and one twin, and a bathroom. The first floor has a private sun terrace which is perfect for relaxing, a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a dining area.
Within the grounds, there are activities such as children's outdoor games, and within the shared games room there is table tennis and also darts. The gardens and meadows are ideal for walks.
The Plough is a great base for seeing the sights of Devon and with the coastal towns of llfracombe, Combe Martin and Barnstaple nearby; The Plough is perfect anytime of the year.
