Bickleigh s five-arched bridge spans the River Exe and is reputedly the inspiration for Simon & Garfunkel s Bridge over Troubled Water . Bickleigh Mill is an historic 18th century working mill now developed into a popular and exciting rural shopping eating and recreational destination. Railway enthusiasts will enjoy the Devon Railway Centre and Model World housed in the Victorian station buildings. The town of Tiverton is 4 miles away while a little further is the historic cathedral city of Exeter. On the ground floor there is also a shower room and on the first floor, a main bathroom. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove.
