Nestling in the tiny hamlet of West Saunton, just a few minutes from the fabulous three mile expanse of golden sandy beach backed by spectacular dunes this highly individual barn, set beside a working farm, has been sympathetically converted to provide an excellent holiday home. With a wonderful mix of original character features and contemporary style, the spacious accommodation features some amazing oak beams and lovely stripped pine floors. The entrance hall leads through to a large living / dining room with comfy sofas and table and chairs to seat eight. The attractive country style well equipped kitchen also provides a table and chairs, perfect for leisurely breakfast or less formal dining. A ground floor shower room is also found off the hall. Upstairs, accessed from the spacious landing are four stylish bedrooms. The master double room, with King Size bed has an ensuite shower room. Bedroom two is a double, making the property perfect for two family occupation. Bedroom three is a triple room with a double and a single bed, and bedroom four an attractive single. A modern pristine family bathroom serves these rooms. Outside and in front of the cottage is a lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and there is ample parking available both in the car port and on the lane. South Park is a spacious detached house with lovely views over the surrounding countryside to the estuary in the distance. Situated in a residential cul de sac within walking distance of the village shops, pubs and restaurants it is a really comfortable home from home. The hallway with oak flooring gives access to the large sunny living room, separate dining room and immaculate newly fitted kitchen which also has an ample breakfast bar with seating for all the family. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, overlooking the front garden, both being extremely spacious and served by a modern shower room. A further cloakroom adds to the facilities. On the first floor a good sized landing acts as a useful study area with desk and leads to a large bedroom with characterful sloping ceiling and amazing views from a Juliette style balcony towards the estuary.
