The Broads are easily accessible at Loddon and Beccles and the North and Suffolk Heritage coast and their wide sandy beaches are an easy car drive away. This is a super area in which to holiday, national cycle routes 14 & 6 surround the village and allow you to explore the quiet lanes, villages and small market towns in a gentle and pleasant manner. Snape Maltings, Southwold and Aldborough are within easy driving distance for a day's outing. Locally it is within walking distance of a pub/restaurant, post office and an award winning butchers/deli. The Moat House sits tucked away in the grounds of the owner's secluded thatched cottage. Built to a high specification with oak floors, doors and architraves the accommodation is characterful and comfortable, adjacent to a 12th century moat, securely fenced for little folk and with its own private garden.
