Further afield is Wells at the foot of the Mendip Hills with its cathedral and farmer s market on Wednesday mornings. Other local attractions include Cheddar Caves and Gorge Wookey Hole and the beaches at Burnham-on-Sea Brean Sands and Weston-Super-Mare.
