You will be able to enjoy some breathtaking walks direct from the property and there are some fantastic beaches within a short drive. You will be close to the many attractions which the area has to offer including Exmoor Zoo Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Watermouth Castle Arlington Court and much more. There are numerous beaches in the area including the beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands. Games room: small with 7 in 1 games table TV and PlayStation 2 with games. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 single with pull-out bed underneath and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: downstairs and family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with flatscreen TV Freeview DVD and woodburner (free logs). Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker microwave fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with deep freeze washing machine and sink.
