Accommodation overview: PEACEFUL AND TRANQUIL LOCATION IDEAL FOR THOSE WISHING TO EXPLORE DARTMOOR AND SOUTH DEVON This delightful cosy retreat is situated in beautiful rolling countryside in the small hamlet of Doddiscombsleigh which is located in the Teign Valley between the Haldon Hills. This small friendly village is famous for the award winning 16th century Nobody Inn which serves great food and ales. On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park you may catch a glimpse of the barn owls that nest in the eaves of the owners home next door. There is much to explore nearby with many National Trust properties and gardens nearby. 6 miles leads you into the centre of the metropolitan cathedral city of Exeter that enjoys an eclectic mix of architecture and a wealth of restaurants shops and pubs perfect for the more discerning visitor. Golf and fishing also available nearby and of course the beaches at Dawlish Teignmouth and Shaldon a short drive. The small but perfectly formed studio accommodation all within the eaves of the building offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open-plan with TV/DVD/Sky basic package. Sleeping area has a double bed (limited access on one side). Kitchen area with breakfast counter electric cooker microwave fridge with ice-compartment and dishwasher. Shower room: with WC. Outside: use of private garden area with pond surrounded by trees garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
