Orchard Cottage is a ground floor, terraced cottage set on the owner's equestrian farm in the hamlet of Edlaston, just three miles from Ashbourne on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one adult bunk) and a sofa bed in the sitting room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes it suitable for up to six people. Also included in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking.
