It has been modernised to a high standard to offer a warm welcoming holiday home which is well-appointed with great attention to detail. The cottage is positioned off the road that leads into the pretty little village of Freuchie which sits at the foot of the Lomond Hills. There is a local shop pub and good hotel/restaurant. This is a perfect base to explore Fife with the modern shopping and leisure facilities of Glenrothes 4 miles away. Within easy reach is the historic town of St Andrews quaint little fishing villages and spectacular beaches of the East Neuk and Edinburgh city centre. There are over 50 golf courses within 25 miles. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms approached by steep cottage stairs and have coombed ceilings: 1 king-size with shower unit and 1 compact twin. Bathroom: on ground floor bath with shower attachment. Lounge/diner: with feature fire TV DVD wi-fi and payphone. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer microwave.
