A warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. Enjoy some of Cornwall s finest beaches from a range of long sandy surfing and sheltered coves all within a walk or short drive. The Lizard is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and has one of the best climates in England. From the property enjoy some excellent pubs and restaurants in the village as well as shops and other leisure facilities including excellent coastal and cliff-top walks. An ideal base for touring the whole area with attractions to suit most tastes close by including Lands End The Minack Theatre National Seal Sanctuary Flambards Theme Park Tate Gallery at St Ives and The Eden Project. Outside: small seating area. Amenities: shared off-road parking. Roadside parking is also available. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the properties. Location: beach 0.5 miles pubs and shops all a 5 minute stroll. Arrival 4pm. A semi-detached cottage next to the main house and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 zip-and-link super king (which can be made into a twin upon request at time of booking) and 1 double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC situated downstairs. Lounge: with flatscreen TV and DVD. Dining room: with table and chairs. Kitchen: with electric cooker fridge with ice compartment washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed courtyard with BBQ and seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars 1 behind each other. Here in the village you will find peace and breathtaking views. As you enter the village there is a collection of shops and a public house situated around the square. Passing through you will join a small road that leads to the property This semi-detached cottage has its own garden and stunning sea views. The Lizard has a very large and popular cafe open for the summer season and is renowned for its warm climate and some of the most picturesque coves and beaches in the south west including Kennack Sands Church Cove Mullion Cove and Kynance Cove. A collection of attractions in the area are also well worth a visit including the National Seal Sanctuary The Minack Theatre Flambards Theme Park and Lands End. This semi-detached character cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin (both with fantastic views of the sea and the Lizard lighthouse which is open to the public) and a further single room all situated on the first floor. Bathroom: cosy and traditional cottage style with low beam ceilings shower over the bath and WC. Lounge: on the ground floor cosy with a home-from-home feeling with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped and includes an electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: to the front of the property the children can play safely in the large lawn garden which has seating and a BBQ. Amenities: private parking area at the rear of the cottage. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets. Location: shops public house and pebbled cove walking distance.
