The cottage is within easy reach of 3 award winning eateries and Mellor village provides numerous pubs and shops. Positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire the area is relatively undiscovered but is fast becoming known for its culinary delights. Explore the two historic market towns of Clitheroe and Longridge brimming with individual boutiques fine restaurants and historic treasures or walk part of the 70 mile Ribble Way taking in the unspoilt views. Other local attractions include Clitheroe Castle Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall. Within an hour drive to Blackpool the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with TV with Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with electric oven fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed patio to the front of the property with seating and BBQ with views over open countryside. Amenities: ample roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric heating and Wi-Fi included.
