Conveniently located equidistant from the M4 and A303 it provides a perfect base for exploring this popular and diverse part of South West England. Nestled in the Pewsey Vale in a spot designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with a pretty canal trail and White Horse nearby to visit walkers will be in their element. Longleat Safari Park Bowood House and Gardens Stonehenge Avebury the cathedral city of Salisbury the beautiful Roman spa city of Bath and even a choice of golf courses are also located close by and waiting to be enjoyed. Just slightly further afield days out can include trips to Bristol Cirencester and Oxford all offering a perfect mix of culture and retail therapy! Leisure facilities: use of shared snooker room (the owner kindly requests that it is just adults that use this) and outdoor tennis court when available and it is possible to book riding lessons with the riding school on site. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 pretty twin room with stunning views over owner s walled garden. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: cosy living space with TV/DVD on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: covered patio area to the front of the property with garden furniture and BBQ (access to the back of the owners home is located just in front of this) and use of shared lawn area next to the tennis court. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement (please kindly ensure that kept downstairs in the kitchen area and on a lead when on site). Additional info: there is a derelict swimming pool in the grounds so please ensure pets and children are kept away from this. Location: well-renowned village pub within walking distance farm shop 3 miles and selection of shops pubs and restaurants in Devizes 8 miles.
