The coast to coast trail is accessible at Bissoe 2 miles away from the properties with walking and cycle hire available. Rosemundy Villa is a detached Grade II listed Georgian house set on the North Cornwall coast in the attractive village of St Agnes which is both a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site. St Agnes lies nine miles north of the cathedral city of Truro and Newquay airport is easily accessible.
There is a good choice of local shops, restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. St Agnes has two excellent sandy beaches; Trevaunance Cove ( a ten minute walk downhill) and Chapel Porth which is owned by the National Trust. Both are popular with all ages from families rock pooling to keen surfers. Surf lessons and equipment hire are available at Trevaunance Cove and coasteering and guided kayaking are further options. For the less adventurous St Agnes is known as a centre for arts and crafts and there are many workshops and galleries. It is also a superb area for walking including round St Agnes Beacon which is owned by the National Trust.
