Located on the Cornwall and Devon border an ideal base for touring both the north and south coasts and beyond. From your doorstep there are a host of walks that lead you through the Tamar Valley with its World Heritage status and the rugged Dartmoor National Park. Cotehele National Trust property is within 1 mile. The historic town of Tavistock with its pannier market offers a wealth of restaurants pubs shops as well as cinema and swimming pool. This spacious attractive attached barn is approached via 3 steps once inside all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double with wall mounted TV Freeview and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen: open-plan well-equipped with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview hi-fi iPod dock ample seating around the woodburner breakfast bar double oven with hob and extractor hood dishwasher microwave washer/dryer fridge and separate freezer. Outside: patio with garden furniture and BBQ to the side of the property and access to a large shared exercise area for pets. Amenities: off-road parking outside the cottage.
