Cocks Cottage is a two bedroomed ancient detached granite cottage, set in a very peaceful and sheltered position a third of a mile from the village of St Teath and three miles from the small town of Camelford. St Teath has a shop, post office and pub.
The nearest sandy beach is four miles away at Port Gaverne where there is a magnificent stretch of coastal path. The surfing beaches of the Camel Estuary and Padstow are within easy reach by car.
