Approached via a quiet narrow country road it s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy what both counties have to offer. The pretty historical market town of Tavistock is a short drive as well as Trethorne Country Park which offers a host of activities for families and children. On those rainy days nearby Milton Abbot is home to The Barn Climbing Wall with a selection of sporting activities. Further afield why not visit The Eden Project a variety of National Trust gardens or the golf course at St Mellion which is 1.5 miles. Bude and Widemouth beaches on the North Cornish coast are a 40 minute drive or visit Polperro & Looe on the South coast all providing a lovely day out. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: situated on the first floor 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: family size bath with mixer tap and WC.
