Priory Barn is a stunning detached brick and flint Grade II listed barn which has been completely renovated and refurbished to very high standard. Set within its own private enclosed landscaped grounds it has a front courtyard and extensive lawned areas to the side and rear. There is a large terraced area with garden furniture and barbecue. The property is approached via its own drive through security gates with ample parking for four cars.

Weybourne is a pretty village situated on the north Norfolk coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is mentioned in the Domesday book and there are remains of an old Augustan Priory which was founded around 1200AD on the site of a simpler Saxon church. These remains can be seen from the gardens of Priory Barn. There are many fine examples of Norfolk brick and flint cottages dating fromthe 17th century and the village is a designated conservation area.

The village is well served by the Village Store with its deli section and cafe area. There is also the Weybourne Station Tearooms where you can watch the trains go by on the heritage Poppy Line. There is a pub and hotel in the village which serve food both of which are a short walk away.

The beach which is a mere 300 metre stroll from Priory Barn is shingle and the Norfolk coastal path runs through the village.
