Crossways Court is a small and select individual development finished to a high standard with excellent facilities. In a wonderful location on The Esplanade, centrally positioned with a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and Woolacombe's three mile stretch of golden sands just a short stroll away. Opposite Combesgate Beach they are in the perfect location to explore the coastline with quick access to the coastal path. Crossways Court is accessed by steps at the front of the building. All have one private allocated parking space with three additional visitor spaces when available.

With uninterrupted views out to sea as far as Lundy Island and along the coastline, this lovely home is in an excellent location. The main living area has been carefully divided to make the most of the two large bay windows overlooking the beach and sea, with comfortable seating and dining table strategically placed to enjoy the splendid views. A separate, modern and well equipped kitchen with an additional small table for breakfast is to the rear and there is also a convenient ground floor cloakroom. Three attractive and comfortable bedrooms are on the first floor, two having ensuite facilities and excellent sea views and the third served by a separate family bathroom. There is a communal area to the rear with direct access onto National Trust land, and a good sized southwest facing patio to the front enjoying superb sea views.

Set on the edge of the peaceful village of Lee Bay it offers breathtaking scenery and cliff-top coastal walks with unrivalled scenery from your front door. You will be a 10 minutes drive from the popular long sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. The location is also perfect for exploring the Tarka Cycling Trail a little further on is the National Trust area of Heddons Mouth and on to the wild expanses of Exmoor.
