"A fantastic escape from daily life. The kids loved the forest setting and the little animal visitors we had each morning and the hot tub was a huge hit with both kids and adults alike especially after a long day sightseeing. A great location for exploring the area we especially liked the steam train to Whitby the James Herriot Museum in Thirsk and York (the park and ride at Monks Cross Shopping Centre was great value for money). Will be back again soon we hope!" |

"It really was a lovely place to stay - we have been to many of the Hoseasons parks and this was among the best. You really felt as if you were a million miles away from it all! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. There was also many activities; we went on the orienteering course and had great fun. If you have children there would be plenty of activities for them that would engage them in outdoor activities; broadening their knowledge of the countryside and what it has to offer. A great weekend and we would love to go back." |
